Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Lead scenario planning workshops and innovation sprints with executive stakeholders
- Conduct primary research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Build and manage an internal Future Intelligence Network of domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems within large organizations
