Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global technology, economic, and social trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state whitepapers
- Advise C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change initiatives
