Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and disruption forecasts for executive decision-making
- Design adaptive frameworks for organizations to thrive in volatile future environments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation (2020-2025 preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced analytics (e.g., CFA, PMP)
