The Opportunity: Lead our strategic foresight initiatives to shape organizational roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You'll interface with C-suite executives, pioneer scenario-planning frameworks, and position our brand as the authority on future-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI governance, climate adaptation, neurotechnology) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with market projections
- Deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders, translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Monitor and report on emerging disruptors through our proprietary Horizon Scan platform
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing C-level decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
