- Design and lead strategic foresight initiatives using scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Present executive briefings to board members and stakeholders on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused products and services
- Author thought leadership publications that position Horizon as the future authority
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Experience leading global cross-cultural teams in virtual/physical environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
