Responsibilities
- Weekend Operations: Lead critical maintenance windows and perform essential system updates on weekends to minimize impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues in real-time, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Write comprehensive documentation for technical processes and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a weekend shift environment and handle on-call responsibilities.
