Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models for Project 2026.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure real-time performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Product, and Research.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in NLP and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Experience designing distributed systems and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
