Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term SEO roadmaps that increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversion rates for key product lines.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Oversee site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals optimization to ensure peak performance.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies in real-time.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-value, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) focused content that answers user intent.
- Link Building: Execute a white-hat link acquisition strategy to build domain authority and establish brand authority within the industry.
- AI & Semantic Search: Stay ahead of algorithm updates, specifically focusing on how AI overviews and semantic search impact organic reach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, English, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR).
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, and Tableau or Google Looker Studio.
