- Define the 2026 Search Strategy: Lead the development and execution of long-term SEO roadmaps focused on AI integration, voice search, and semantic search.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee site architecture, core web vitals, and schema implementation to ensure maximum crawlability and indexability.
- AI-Driven Optimization: Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools to generate content strategies and automate SEO workflows.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits using Python and advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and technical debt.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior SEO analysts and content teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of how AI impacts search algorithms and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
