Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to business goals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Technical Excellence: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and core web vitals performance.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to produce high-quality, keyword-rich content that resonates with our target audience and ranks well on SERPs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, providing actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO efforts, building high-quality backlinks and managing outreach campaigns to increase domain authority.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and foster a culture of SEO best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving significant traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
