Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword research strategies to target high-value search terms and long-tail queries.
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, collaborating with content teams to ensure technical excellence and user experience.
- Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through white-hat link building campaigns and outreach.
- Analyze complex data sets in Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to measure performance and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adjust strategies.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members on best practices for search engine optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings for major keywords.
- Deep technical knowledge of SEO, including site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data.
- Proficiency with advanced SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
