Responsibilities
- Strategic SEO Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic to our web properties.
- Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, crawl errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and copy, ensuring alignment with user intent.
- Link Building: Lead an aggressive outreach campaign to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains and industry leaders.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to measure success and report on ROI.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings and traffic for enterprise-level clients or companies.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Tools: Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a significant plus.
