Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexation.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals and target high-intent keywords.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize existing assets and guide the creation of new, SEO-friendly content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to provide actionable insights and detailed monthly reports.
- Link Building: Lead high-quality link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and organic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, schema markup, and site architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
