Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO: Conduct rigorous site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, improve site speed, and optimize site architecture for better indexing.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research and gap analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and long-tail search terms.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and headings for maximum relevance and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO efforts to build high-authority backlinks and enhance domain authority.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Webflow).
- Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business strategy.
- Certification: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues and adapt strategies based on algorithm updates.
