Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data opportunities that hinder search engine indexing.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and detailed monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to optimize high-impact articles and landing pages, ensuring alignment with search intent and editorial excellence.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members on best practices for SEO, content optimization, and technical implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) to facilitate technical SEO initiatives.
- Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
