The Role
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap for key accounts, conduct deep-dive technical audits, and collaborate closely with content creators to develop high-impact strategies. You will be the voice of search data within the organization, guiding product and content teams to align with user intent.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and on-page optimization opportunities using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, increase keyword rankings, and improve conversion rates.
- Link Building: Execute high-quality, white-hat link building campaigns to build domain authority and enhance brand credibility.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to ensure all assets are optimized for search intent, keyword relevance, and user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs/SEMrush. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for major websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles; experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
