What You'll Do
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will drive high-level SEO initiatives, bridging the gap between technical implementation and content strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical audits of the website infrastructure, identifying and resolving crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring semantic relevance and user intent alignment.
- Manage and oversee link-building campaigns, building high-authority backlinks to boost domain authority.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant traffic and ranking improvements.
- Deep understanding of Google's core algorithm updates and best practices for E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
