Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement optimization strategies to improve site performance, crawlability, and indexation.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the user experience and site architecture.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively to maintain high rankings and compliance.
- Analyze organic traffic data using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to report on ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant improvements in organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Essentials, E-E-A-T principles, and current SEO trends.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Experience with schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
