Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for 2026 pilot initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
