Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology impacts (AI, quantum, biotech) on industry verticals
- Translate foresight insights into executable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and data visualization
- Advolve organizational culture to embrace adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
