- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Design innovation frameworks for future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends required
