Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech, regulatory, and socioeconomic trends
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite clients
- Conduct deep-dive research on quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize future-ready solutions
- Represent the firm at global futurist and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
