Responsibilities

- Architect ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish industry-wide partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in transdisciplinary methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ societal or technological shifts
- Experience designing ethical AI frameworks and digital governance models
