Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps with measurable milestones for 2026 targets
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into tangible product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) organizational strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
