- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models using proprietary forecasting tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation strategic solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists while cultivating an innovation-first mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
