Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend extrapolation
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with quantum computing, AGI governance, and biotech convergence
- Champion ethical AI implementation and sustainable technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate-tech convergence
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and AI-driven analytics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
