Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive foresight research to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies.
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks and scenarios to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders in relevant fields.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on foresight methodologies and strategic thinking.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging trends on our industry and organization.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field, with at least 5 years in foresight or futures research.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and other foresight methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business and society.
