- Produce executive-level reports translating complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready organizational capabilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to maintain foresight leadership
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments with potential to impact 2026 business operations
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive market forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
