Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global trends across technology, economics, and social domains to identify disruptive forces
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models for 2026+ business environments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Produce strategic reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic applications
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience developing C-level strategic recommendations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
