Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with predictive modeling and strategic recommendations
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies integrating big data, AI forecasting, and ethnographic research
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational initiatives
