Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive foresight frameworks analyzing tech convergence, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Design strategic scenario-planning models for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology adoption
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight outputs into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's critical challenges (e.g., climate resilience, neural interfaces)
- Author thought leadership publications establishing industry benchmarks for future-readiness
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers to identify paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published work in foresight journals or major tech publications
