Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into client innovation processes
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex data into narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications and keynotes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in trend analysis across AI, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight or strategy journals
