Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual trend reports forecasting technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Design scenario-planning models for clients in emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-convergence, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies using predictive analytics
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trend Hunter, Gartner)
- Published work in foresight publications or journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
