Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable transitions
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author foresight whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and research analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on exponential technology adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience guiding Fortune 500 companies through digital transformation
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
