Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business operations and organizational resilience
- Produce whitepapers and predictive models quantifying long-term market opportunities
- Advolve C-suite stakeholders on systemic risks and innovation opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams executing 5-year strategic foresight projects
- Integrate AI-driven analytics with qualitative research to validate future scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy journals
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, SenseMaker)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from at least two 5-year forecasting projects
