Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership at industry conferences
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all future-state projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
