Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives and synthesize insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state visions
- Develop quantitative forecasting models to quantify market opportunities and risks
- Create compelling narrative roadmaps that translate foresight into operational priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
