Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Present compelling future narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports and trend briefings
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in strategic planning, futurism, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or global enterprise clients
