Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, bioeconomics) to create strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on innovation adoption
- Produce quarterly Future Briefs with predictive analytics and actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present findings at global conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published work on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy implementation
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
