Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight projects mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging disruptions in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations
- Manage a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate adaptation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, or keynotes)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Horizon Scanning) preferred
