Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 2026+ scenario models and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Build proprietary forecasting algorithms using machine learning and big data
- Manage innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Publish annual Future State Reports and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau
