Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive futures landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 leadership on strategic transformation
