As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to identify disruptive trends, develop future scenarios, and shape our organization's long-term trajectory. You'll be at the forefront of groundbreaking initiatives that will redefine industries by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into development pipelines
- Present future trend analyses to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce thought leadership content on future trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Experience working with emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through future insights
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
