As part of our elite innovation team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI architects, and biotech pioneers to develop integrated systems that define the next decade. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, present findings to C-suite executives, and contribute to patent filings for groundbreaking methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology vision roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D projects integrating quantum, AI, and biotechnological systems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies in our state-of-the-art innovation lab
- Author thought leadership publications and patent applications
- Mentor junior futurists and build external industry networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology
- PhD or equivalent experience in future studies, systems engineering, or computational sciences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Technical proficiency in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating technology commercialization impact
