Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced automation and biotech innovations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published work on AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record influencing C-suite decisions with data-driven insights
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
