Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Author white papers and reports on long-term industry disruption
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong publication record in futurism or adjacent fields
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
