Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting the future up to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation in alignment with long-term company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovators
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape and disruptive forces in the market
- Drive the creation of a culture of innovation and future-oriented thinking within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that drive business growth
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential impact
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
