Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Translate complex technical trends into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Champion innovation through cross-functional workshops and thought leadership
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry disruption indicators
- Advise on talent development for next-generation capabilities
- Publish forward-looking insights in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech or business futurism
- Ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
