As part of our elite Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and research pioneers to develop forward-looking roadmaps. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies like scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify paradigm shifts across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across technology, societal, and market domains to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Author high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research
- Advise on emerging risks and opportunities in decentralized systems and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in futurist analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Exceptional command of AI/ML tools for trend forecasting and pattern recognition
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, Web3) and societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation and disruption preparedness
