Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology, economic, and societal forecasts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on long-term business viability
- Build proprietary forecasting models using Python and statistical analysis tools
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of producing actionable insights for executive audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R/Python)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
